The ideal body weight calculator was the toughest calculator for me to add to the page, after all the word "ideal" is relative to the person using the word. Some people may think themselves the ideal weight while others may think something different. There are charts for ideal weight based on height, but there are football players 5'8' tall that weight over two hunderd pounds. Granted it is mostly musle but that is not considered ideal per the height charts. I'm only pointing that out to say what is "ideal?" I'm sure to that football player that is a great weight, it keeps him from getting killed! There are plenty of arguments for my statement and I'm only pointing out that what makes you feel good is ideal. The tool is here for your enjoyment so enjoy it ideally.
